There we go…. and I must say I am, in a way, happy, proud and nervous. It was not easy to put to “paper”  what I have experienced, what I have learned from others, what is important for me, what I think make sense to others, what should matter, what is clear and complete without being long and boring and what shows a bit of myself. But finally I dare to put this out on the net and show it to you. I’ll be quite pleased if you find something interesting, I’d appreciate it if you would spread the news, I hope you pass by again and I’ll be happy reading your comments, ideas and input. A special thanks to Jacob, as he supported me over the past weeks to think this through, to find the right wording and to put it into bits and bytes. You have been a great help!

This first step of my website&blog is the framework of what I want to bring to organizations and companies. Little by litte I will add posts that put some flesh on these bones, that describe not only what I do, but go deeper into what I think, ideas that I have, observations I have made and questions that turn around in my head. Thereby I hope to be able to illustrate my approach and trigger some thoughts or even discussions. And I would like to invite you to discover the first post on some observations about how large scale companies survive the matrix and some thought about what is next: Beyond the matrix experience.
